Front office and Reservation Manager
day to day in charge for all hotel operation
• Establishes regular sales/service contacts, by telephone, correspondence, personal visits or in-hotel service (entertainment) with assigned accounts as necessary to achieve planned goals.
• Daily regular sales calls with no less than 8 call a day.
