Roles and Responsibility Service Logistics Specialist
Job Description:
• Coordinating and managing service logistics operations including order processing, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement, customer service and operations to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure reliable and cost-efective service.
• Optimizing inventory levels and implementing efective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to logistics, providing exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
● Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery
● Analyzing data and generating reports to monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement
● Continuously improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
● Oversee inventory control processes including replenishment, forecasting and stock optimization.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistic partners.
● Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
● Warehouse and Logistics operations.
● Real-time data fetching to provide appropriate information.
● Database maintenance (MS Excel)
● To execute the receipts of spare part of telecommunication goods.
● To verify docs of Import receipt Docs and tacking care for all Inbound and Outbound of material.
● To Prepare weekly cycle count.
● Taking physical Stock Weekly basis and match with system record.
● To maintain inventory record on daily basis.
● Take product orders and verify if items are available in stock.
● Following valid inventory rules for dispatch.
● Preparing the invoice/ delivery challan of dispatched material.
● Keep tracking & follow-up to all couriers/transporters for domestics and international shipments.
● Choose appropriate packing materials and containers and pack products in accordance to product safety protocols.
● Arrange reverse pickup from customer’s sites through mail communication/coordinate between customers and courier companies.
● Received units checked physically to ensure no damage and proper storage.
● To keep record of received inventory (good and defective) both in excel sheet and business software.
● Follows up with Testing and Repair Center for repair material.
● To ensure defective/ unrepaired material is shipped/ returned to factory.
● Create delivery and shipment reports to ensure that all details are available in company database.
