Duties & Responsibilities:
 Oversee & manage the design deliveries of project & execution, planning, coordination from conception to completion to meet the project objectives & stakeholders expectation.
 Preparation of Project Program (Time Schedule, Resource Schedule, Cost Schedule).
 Develop, Update, Monitor & Report - Project Baseline Schedule with Resource and Cost Loading to meet the clients project goals, objectives & milestones using Primavera-P6.
 Prepare Manpower mobilization & Demobilization plan -Histogram.
 Prepare progress performance S- Curves for Discipline & Overall project.
 Schedule Update and resolve out of sequence activities, Track Project performance & Earned Value Management.
 Prepare 1 - Month & 90- Days Look Ahead Schedule, Major Critical path.
 Participate in weekly / monthly Progress review meeting with client.
 Monitored & controlled the project scope throughout the project with approved project scope, Cost & Schedule baseline and notify any variance to the stakeholders.
 Prepare Project cost summary & cost variance Reports, cash In-out flow for overall Project.
 Preparation of Presentations, Dash board to show current trends and to have an analytical idea of the project.
 Prepare Delay analysis (TIA) / Extension of time (EOT) project report.
 Prepare claims for change order / additional works.
 From initiating of project to its completion continuously, identified, monitored & controlled the various risk with different tools & technique to keep the project on track & maintained the Risk Register.

 Oversee & manage the design deliveries of project & execution coordination from conception to completion to meet the project objectives & stakeholders expectation.
 Attend the internal & client meeting record the MOM & follow-up for the completion of same.
 Coordination between Interdepartments (Architect, Civil Structure, MEP, PEB Vendor), to assist the timely coordinated design deliveries.
 Perform construction management for construction & PEB erection supervision by maintaining the documents ( Risk Register, Issue Log, PNC, Monthly progress report, Weekly progress report, HSE)
 Monitored the progress & ensure conformance to contract obligations, Client requirement, technical specification, and quality procedures.
 Monitored & controlled the project scope throughout the project with approved project scope baseline and notify any variance to the stakeholders.
 Prepare the project schedule based on the proposed man-hours, & dependency from the client & vendors.
 Monitored & controlled the project schedule throughout the project with approved schedule baseline and notify any delay to the stakeholders.
 Monitored & evaluated impact of variance on Scope, Schedule & Cost with PMBL and raised the change request, EOT, Cost variation accordingly with all supporting document and maintained the records to get approved.
 Prepared the EV based on the actual cost incurred on the project, proposed cost & % of work delivered.
 Prepared the scope of work for the subcontractor, Evaluated the subcontractor, Assisted the procurement manager for negotiating the contract.
 From initiating of project to its completion continuously, identified, monitored & controlled the various risk with different tools & technique to keep the project on track & maintained the Risk Register.
 Prepare the BOQ for civil to issue the tender on behalf of the client.
 Understand & implement the lessons learned from previous project & record the new lessons learned throughout the project.

 Directed & oversee the construction project from conception to completion to meet the project objectives & stakeholders’ expectation.
 Attended bidding conferences & follow up with queries if any, assisted in the preparation of tendering commercial & technical proposals for securing new work.
 Prepared the presentation & Attended the kickoff meeting with the key stakeholders, recorded the MOM and followed.
 Coordinated with the client, consultant to get the approval of MOS, MAS, based on the specification, design & drawing requirements.
 Monitored the progress & ensure conformance to contract obligations, Engineering plans, IFC drawings, technical specification, quality procedures, & construction safety standards.
 Monitored & controlled the project scope throughout the project with approved project scope baseline and notify any variance to the stakeholders.

 Prepared material estimates as per requirements based on approved drawings and production samples; prepare construction material schedules and verify the same with specifications for client’s approval.
 Prepared the invoice, Certified the executed work from the client, consultant representative as per the contract & followed up till approval.
