• Negotiating lumpsums and appointing preferred sub-contractors
• Checking subcontractor invoices and certifying payments
• Procurement and evaluation of sub-contractors quotations
• Developing strong relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Day to day communication with sites and sub-contractors
• Proposing value engineering and alternatives to consultant where possible
• Preparing civil detail drawings as per site requirement
• Preparing MEP Shop drawings for consultant and authority approvals
• Designing and planning as per client (current sponsor) and municipality requirements
• Making revisions as per CFR
• Preparing detail drawings from concept level to completion level of a project
• Preparing exterior 3d visualizations for client and authority approval
• Coordinating with consultant of record for approvals and NOCs from authorities
• Complete project management in design phase of the project
• Designing & managing interior design and fit-out works for private apartments and offices
