• Responsible for supervision of 1, 234 Km Transmission Line with 21 Cathodic Protection (CP) Stations and 17, 131 Km of Distribution Network with 217 CP Stations.
• Successfully installed more than 50 no. CP stations worth Rs 40 million and hence protected subject network.
• To carry out planning and construction activities of new C.P stations, their installation, testing and commissioning.
• To test the integrity for newly laid transmission and distribution lines before handing over to the respective departments.
• To supervise the renovation of the existing Cathodic Protection System in the assigned area.
• To arrange monthly Cathodic Protection surveys of transmission and distribution networks in the area.
• To plan the recoating of the damaged pipelines based on the findings of the field surveys / protection level reports.
• To supervise / execute the corrosion monitoring and maintenance works in the area as per Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Maintenance Plan.

• Successfully installed “Automatic Meter Reading (AMR/HHU)” system that allows automatic collection and analysis of data received from gas meters and communicates that data through a network into backend business system for further necessary action; project worth Rs. 1.53 million, for consumer base of 2 million throughout the company and successfully trained staff of more than 100 no. people for handling this unit. Currently the company has been completely shifted onto this system which not only reduces manual work manifold times but improves its image in the eyes of its customers as well.
• Another major project being done successfully was implementation of ERP software of ORACLE worth Rs. 300 million across the company. I have been working as key person for implementing customer care and billing module of subject software in coordination with IT department. Subject project was a huge success and company has now shifted to online working.
• Effective consumer handling and resolution of different Billing complaints for customer base of more than 2 million number. Volumetric calculations of 5200 MMCF gas worth Rs.450 million, by considering effect of gas variables such as pressure, temperature, super compressibility and GCV on monthly basis.
• Analysis of Metering data using conventional and electronic meters/gadgets.
• Handling of litigation cases and their recovery from different courts/forums.
• Working as focal person for clearing of all internal/external audit queries and successfully conducted several audits.

• Development of Gas Distribution Network and manage all activities related to network operations and its maintenance.
• Commissioning of Gas pipelines (from 2” dia. to 8” dia.) using ASME B31.8, API 1104 and accomplishing related activities such as Pipeline Welding, Air Testing, Pigging, Hydrostatic Testing and Purging operations.
• Successfully commissioned 100 Km distribution line of 8” diameter project from Kasur city to Illah bad city, worth Rs. 640 million within stipulated time and provided gas to 25, 000 consumers.
• Another successful project was commissioning of loop line of 50 Km, 6” diameter for Bund road area, worth Rs. 230 million which benefited 10, 000 consumers.
• Fabrication of Metering stations for gradual reduction and control in pressure e.g. Sales Meter Station, Town Boarder Station and Consumer Meter Stations as per API codes.

• Design & conduct 36 no. (576 lecture hours) training sessions on Welding Inspector level I and Welding inspection and Quality Control for SNGPL Engineers as per API 1104.
• Successfully conducted more than 40 no. (640 lecture hours) training sessions related to MS Office for Executives and Staff.
• Conducted several training sessions on Pipeline welding and Pipe fitting techniques for in house subordinate staff.
• Involve in Indenting & Procurement of Capital items required for Training Institute.
• Monitoring and Controlling of Capital and Revenue Budget

•Vendor development as per standards of Massey Ferguson UK & Perkins and deletion of parts from foreign sources.
•Dealing in the fields of Casting, Forging & hardware in development section.
•Incharge of engine assembly line looking its maintenance and supply chain requirements.
•Comprehensive costing of tractor parts starting from material purchase to final product.
•Preparation of Cost & Supply cases and their presentation before higher management thus finalizing final prices wile satisfying our vendors as well.
•Deletion of Imported parts by making “First Piece Approval” reports which involves complete inspection of parts according to Massey & Perkins drawings, facilitating vendor in making of dies, jigs & fixtures, approval of FPA from quality department, inspection of trial lots and hence making the parts regular .
•Preparation of RQA cases “Request of Quality Approval” and their endorsement from the principals i.e. Perkins & Massey Ferguson UK.
•To arrange vendor visits, their evaluation and thus have good know how of suitable vendors required for any industry.
•Taking SQA (supplier quality assurance) action against problematic parts following quality standards required by Massey & Perkins and taking corrective steps to remove those problems.
•To hold regular meetings with QC, Procurement and Production division regarding supply /QC issues and solve them on top priority basis.
•Up gradation of design with a view to reduce tractor price and increase its efficiency and to take in confidence Perkins & AGCO representatives during their visit to Pakistan.
•Working on unification of parts and successfully replace fans, timing cover of engine, no. of hardware items of different models by a single one.
•Emergency procurement of short shipped or wrong supplied CKD parts.
•Arranging alternate sources in problematic parts.
