Handling the duties of Marketing Management through building up a researched sold
marketing strategy that is based on the company’s marketing mix. Ensuring marketing actions
are related to the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) that is researched and practically
analyzed in the marketing research.
Handling the duties of Project Governance through the role of setting and managing
projects work and monitoring projects progress. Ensuring projects have a sustain connection
to the implementation of Project Management best practices by utilizing the PMI set of
processes and techniques.

Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).

In December 2013, I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a master’s degree in Technology Management. In this field, I learned the most advanced principles of technology management activities with my classmates who are considered the most professionals in the industry of technology in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Master of Science in Technology Management (MSTM) is one of the most well-known programs in the United States. The MSTM program at the University of St. Thomas explores Finance & Accounting, Quality, Team & Project Management, Risk Assessment, Intellectual Property, Enterprise Systems, Tech Forecasting, and Leadership. The main purpose of the program is based on developing leaders with skills, knowledge and vision to manage changing technologies.
In 2010, I graduated from the Institute of Public Administration with a post graduate diploma in Marketing Management. In this institution, I built a strong foundation of my English skills, advanced my knowledge about management activities, and strengthened my self-discipline skills.
In 2007, I graduated from King Saud University with a bachelor degree in Mass Communication-Public Relations. This field opened my eyes toward the importance of having professional management communication skills and understanding the value of the correct information.
