Responsible for the periodic review and update of the short and long term strategic plans aimed at achieving the mission and goals of the organization
Identify and develop effective corporate key performance indicators for business development including corporate excellence, stockholders, revenue, employee involvement & effectiveness, corporate productivity, etc
Direct the establishment and ensure the implementation of strategy & corporate performance programs such as corporate survey management, corporate performance, complain system, etc. and suggest methods of improving the planning process as appropriate
Direct, develop and implement organizational work teams such as customer relation team, excellence team, and strategic planning operational team, etc. and provide support, identify resource needs, budget, approval with appropriate management, and allocate resources accordingly
To oversee the design, development and updates of the performance management program at corporate and functional level
To assist the functional managers in the translation of the corporate strategic goals and objectives into annual performance plans.
To lead the corporate performance team in the development of future performance audit plans.

Assist in establishing a performance plan incorporating strategic goals and objectives.
Use historical data and international benchmarks to set key performance indicators (KPI) for each unit. Making sure the indicators chosen contain a balance between quantitative and qualitative, lead and lag indicators.
Conducting Performance Analysis and GAP Analysis in order to determine the variance between business requirements and current capabilities and identify the gap between the optimized allocation and integration of the inputs and the current level of allocation.
Participate in working on the Business Processes Management during all stages of design, modelling, execution, monitoring and optimization in order to promote business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility and integration with technology.
Monitor actual results/progress through continues assessment of KPI, and report any discrepancies between actual and desired results.
Participate in documenting progress and performance appraisal results to help gather and collect historical data for future performance planning uses.
Assess the efficiency of the KPI set, and report weaknesses in the current performance management program.
Prepare proposals for policies and procedures for the Performance Management Section, coordinate with other sections and the Director of Performance and Quality, make appropriate recommendations and obtain necessary approvals before implementation.
Assist in creating and implementing a value-added Performance Management Strategy in line with the Division needs to ensure improvement in the performance of the Division function.
Provide coaching/ mentoring to employees (Coordinators performance) in other section for optimization of their personal potential, so that the Section’s objectives are met and/ or exceeded.
Monitor the Sections expenditures in comparison to the approved budget and report analysis for variances to the top management.
