- Administer and maintain functionality of Active Directory, File, and Print servers
- Support and network officer, job involves providing support to user service requests and ensure that all PC and network issues are resolved (installation, configuration, maintenance) of PCs and peripherals software and hardware, besides monitoring company network infrastructure.
- Technical support Firewall and Kaspersky.
- Perform server backups and restore data when needed to ensure data availability at all times.
- Install and troubleshoot servers and Switches hardware and software, local LAN & WAN, telephone infrastructure, network environment including devices, network ports.
- Responsible of the security system in the premises (cameras, alarm, fire).
- Ensure software is updated and appropriate in response to Company needs.
- Responsible of old computers, hardware repairs upgrading.
- Work closely with the regional IT manager on technology improvements and changes as needed.
- SQL data base administrator.
Maintaining all network devises, links, connections,
policies and procedures to ensure system availability
-Assisting the network team in ensuring that the
wireless connectivity is functioning with no disruption
-Assisting the network team in ensuring that the VoIP
and Video Conferencing Systems are operational
