ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop detailed work plans, construction methodologies, and resource allocation

• Ensure accurate implementation of civil infrastructure systems such as roadways,
stormwater networks, water supply, sewerage systems, manholes, and utility corridors.
• Coordinate with consultants and the technical office for drawings, shop drawings, and as
built submissions.
• Review the performance of contractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Review and interpret discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure the current
revision level and correct technical execution of the work

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for infrastructure (drainage, sewer, water
networks, and utilities).
• Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper execution on
site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project management team to meet
project milestones
• Ensure compliance with project plans, local authority standards, and quality and safety
guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare site reports, including progress updates and material
inspections.
• Monitor resources, labor, and equipment usage on-site to maximize productivity and
