Setting plans, manage the missions, working with the team to attain the company's objectives.
Handle a number of responsibilities on a day to day basis. Visit the locations to ensure that it is being properly maintained and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner. Taking prospective clients on tour, prepare agreements and ensure utilities are connected.
Have excellent people skills to make our clients feel comfortable. Work with contractors, electricians, A/c technicians, plumbers and carpenters to maintain the properties.

➢ Sales and Marketing of local and real estate projects.

➢ Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
➢ Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of this role.
