* Ensure that all employees are understand the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
* Developing a recruitment plan for the HO, in line with Saudization requirements.
* Responsible for external communication, with, HRDF and public training centers.
* Advise and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations for all the employees.
* Liaise with senior project management staff to ensure on time & effective recruitment for the project.
* Liaise with manpower suppliers for collecting quality CV’s for the various project positions.
* Advise departments managers on interviewing techniques.
* Develop the sourcing strategy for each role and agree delivery timeframes with the hiring manager.
* Supervise the arrangements for ticket, transportation & accommodation for candidates & new hires.
* Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
* Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and update departments about new regulations.
* Evaluate new hires performance in first 3 months.
