Handling with and managing the social media ( facebook, twitter, linked in, etc..) to promote our job’s vision, in addition to photograph and montage short films about the important moments through our job, on the other hand i was working to coordinate between the employees, management and Media ( Radio, TV, and newspapers) to cover our main events as apart of my job as a
P.R man.
• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop Resume D-base for pipeline candidates.
2. Manage the sourcing, recruitment, test administering, and retention of talent.
3. Organize, execute and participate in recruiting events incl. (a) career fairs and job expositions (b) corporate sponsored events (c) campus activities/events and interviewing.
4. Build relationships with agencies and universities to advance the recruitment agenda.
5. Create and maintain company’s website job listings by ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. Also maintain maximized presence on internet job boards such as Bayt.com and Gulf Times
6. Increase organizational capacity to attract and select world-class talent at all levels
7. Provide qualified candidates to meet employer’s requests.
8. Arrange agreements & coordinate with different recruitment agency in different countries such as: UAE-Qatar -KSA- Bahrain
9- Contacting with prospective clients & try to win their business.
10- Proactively attract candidates by drafting advertising copy via a wide range of media.
11- Negotiating for pay, salary rates & finalizing arrangements between client & candidate.
12- Builds good relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
13 - Monitoring and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
14 - Conducts the interviews for the managerial job positions.
15- Filtrating & sorting the candidates resumes as per the employers demands.
