Acquire new merchants
Activate all new locations signed by the acquisition team in the kingdom which are physically situated in the province including remote areas.
Activate all expanded locations (Existing) within the province including remote areas
Assist in activating newly migrated SPAN2 POS terminals.
Conduct regular visit to main areas, Malls and remote areas within the region.
Ensure all locations understand the card acceptance procedure (POS reconciliation, imprinter usage) and fraud prevention to maximize card usage and avoid SE charge back.
Distribute AMEX POP Materials and take one stands during the activation process and while blitzing areas.
Maintain SVF for all newly signed merchants locations
Distribute Fraud flyers and conduct fraud awareness training to all cashier
Assist in Signing SAMA agreement, collecting the SAMA agreement from SE locations
Assist in Re-activating CIP, Selects offers SE, ensure POS terminals accepting our service prior to offers start and place the decal materials.
Weekly basis assisting the merchants those un-reconciled terminals and ensure payments are released to merchants accounts
