Role Description
- Building skilled Organization with clear roles and responsibilities (Define Structure, Skill Definition, Job Description, Vacancies filling)
- Creating robust Standard Operating Procedures across the supply chain ( S&OP, Warehousing, Quality, Safety, Ordering Cycle, Maintenance, Logistics, Inventory Control, Customer Service, .. etc)
- Building capable systems (Hardware & Software, WMS, Dashboard, ERP, APO, DP, SP, … etc)
- Building strong infrastructure of the warehouses with optimum supply network design (Warehouse design and execution, SND, Fleets, … etc)
- Optimizing the cost across the supply chain (KPI improvement, Cost optimization, Optimum Inventory - Cash Flow improvement - Automation, Optimum Fleet Rout, Optimum Fleet trip, … etc)
- Leading the design of the warehouses according to the high standard of food products
- Leading end to end supply chain network design to optimize the product flow between the principals, warehouses and customers
- Building the capability of the organization, process and system
- Leading inventory management program in all warehouses to ensure accurate inventory record accuracy of the Quantity, Expiry and Locator.
- Implementing WMS in all warehouses to ensure high service to the customers and minimize the short dated products
- Leading the revamp of S&OP across all divisions with the best in class model
- Leading Joint Value Creation (JVC) in FMCG to improve top and bottom results
- Leading master data process internally and externally with the principals and customers
- Leading & developing the distributors and customers supply chain and capability
- Robust & integrated S&OP process with the distributors and customers
- Leading the global assessment to the distributors to increase their capabilities
- Leading real time distributors collaborations
- Improve all the KPI’s at the distributors and customers in line with P&G standards
- Site leader for entire Jeddah SNO
