Responsible for
• Preparing financial& strategic plan to achieve the group future growth and maximize benefits from using resources
• Managing the future risk by addressing the available opportunity and market risk.
• Put Financial Structure, a documentary course cycle for managing all financial transactions.
• Performed regular reviews of existing banking relationships and evaluated new options in order to secure the best financing terms available.
• Analyze financial data identify KPIs to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving the group.
• Manage cash flow by closely monitoring accounts receivable and payable activity, minimizing debtors' days outstanding while maximizing creditors' terms available through building cash projection module.
• Develop and prepare financial forecasting and budgeting for the group with variance analysis reports.

Restructuring the company's financial structure.
Representing the company in many existing tax disputes and ending them by saving nearly 30 million EGP to the company side.
Creation of the company's Oracle system, Onyx Pro.
Update all financial reports in coordination with the parent company in China
Group Companies consist of 14 companies working in (Construction - Manufacturing - Real Estate Investment - Hotels - Gas stations), worked as
• Finance manager for Real Estate Investment Co, from 01/01/2018 till 31/12/2018.
• Group financial consultant, from 01/01/2019 till 31/07/2019.
Accomplishments:
Reduction of the company zakat from 20 million to 8 million by studying and analyzing the financial statements and decreased the zakat to 8 million with the following steps:
1- reduction of retained earnings by all profits recorded between sister companies in the same group.
2- discovered that all the assets of the real estate company nearly 1.3 billion were recorded as current assets. I reclassified it as a long-term investment according to the way of using the assets.
Updating the Accounting system used in the companies group from Access system to Oracle ERP system (المتكامل).
Supervising the change in accounting standard adopted by the company from GAAP to IFRS, Application of the new VAT tax law in Saudi Arabia.

Started work Right after graduation as an (Accountant - Tax Advisor-Auditor).
in the last two years of working with them, I was promoted to Audit & Tax Manager.
Accomplishments:
Increase the Firm profit by Auditing the financial statements of 15 companies and representing the office
Clients in 25 Tax disputes with the tax authority and preparing nearly 100 tax returns (VAT - income tax - Withholding tax - payroll tax) every year starting from 2011.
Before gruduation
I worked in the wages department as a trainee for four month.
I learnt how to make journal entery, transfer it to general ledger and make trial balance and financial statements
I learnt how to use the excel to make reports, account sheets and make equations using it.
I studied Word, Access,Powerpoint and Excel skills.
I studied Accounting, Economics, Tax and Regulation.
