---
My career in Cairo Airport Authority started at my joining date in February 1997, where I worked as a Public Relations Officer in the First Class Lounge-Terminal (1) and extended for almost 5 years. I was responsible for serving the First & Business Class passengers, from their reception in the lounge, coordination with their airlines regarding their flights and departure till seeing them off at the gates of their respective flights. During their stay in the lounge, I always responded positively to their inquiries, questions and demands. I believed always that this place is the last to see in Cairo Airport and in Egypt. So I was keen to respond in a hosting and curtsey manner.
