Establishing the content strategy driven by data analysis, customer preferences and market dynamics.
✓ Ownership of managing CMS, creating and maintaining a bank of premium content that can be niche, exclusive materials and resources.
✓ Administering cost allocation of each program as per the linear and non-linear platform windowing. Assessing quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of the deals.
✓ Supervising Arabic dubbing of licensed content with outsourced dubbing facilities.
✓ Negotiating, drafting and executing the purchase of all acquisitions/deals, managing the entire contracting and delivery process of agreements in a timely fashion and compliance with legal standards and practices.
✓ Reviewing deal terms and conditions, license fees in consultation with the Legal Counsel.
✓ Providing strategic inputs to finance for long-range planning and optimizing content budgeting.
