 Management, Supervision & Monitoring of the EPC consortium (SEPCO3 & SENER)
 Close Monitoring and Evaluation of possible deviations from schedule & optimization plan to
address the delay and meet the Project Millstones and ICOD
 Design Review, Engineering Coordination & Construction/Commissioning MOS and Procedure
Validation
 Professional construction management guidelines within the framework and boundaries of the
EPC-Contract, discusses with and refers major decisions to Project Director for advice and further
handling.
 Ensure Respect and compliance with MFS, OTS & Project Relevant Spec. and applicable Codes
& Standards.
 Provide regular Progress Report & Participate in the communications management with the
Contractor and Construction team (coordination meetings, official Correspondence, monitoring
and follow-up of action plans, analysis of contractor applications)

Project: Handling System for Fertilizer and Phosphate Phase DIs
 Management & Supervision of the Mechanical Erection Work
 Monthly and weekly reporting to the project Owner (OCP) and EPCm (Jacobs Engineering)
 Management & Coordination of QA/QC on site.
 Management & Control of Manpower Engines Materials and resources on site
 Resolution of NCRs and DWG revision (use of Tekla Structure Modeling)

Project: IMASA develops the integral activities for engineering, manufacturing, supply,
supervision assembly, and commissioning of the facilities for The ODIs ( OCP -JESA). It is
composed by 45 conveyors belts and 24 transfer towers.
 Management & Supervision of Fabrication Works
 Monitoring & Supervision and technical Assistance of Subcontractor
 Implementation of QC Mechanical Inspections
 Management and Coordination of Material Shipment and Procurement.

Project: Construction of Coal Fired Power Plant two new units \[JLEC 5&6\], each with a gross
capacity of 2x 350MW, at the existing Jorf Lasfar Energy Company (TAQA) (Total 2100
MW) (CA 1.6 Billion USD)
 Monitoring & Supervision of Piping Erection & Fabrication Works
 Managing & Coordination of NDE, PWHT, Hydrostatic Tests, Chemical Cleaning, Tie-in etc...
 Preparation of Erection Procedures, Lifting Plan and Method Statement.
