weekly telecons and progress reports to highlight preemptively all potential concerns

• Managed delivery of Export Gas Compressors of USD, 100 million
• Led manufacturing stage in Europe in 2015 which gave me a fruitful experience in managing top notch vendors
(Siemens and GE) by understanding their organizations and way of operation
• Managed a cross functional team (20 members) between office and site, saved 150k USD due to proper
management of vendors presence at site by framing their work fronts and led construction and commissioning
activities for these compressors at site

EP for ammonia project in Egypt (USD, 10 million), Egypt Hydrocarbon (EHC).
• Managed all disciplines (Engineering and Procurement) and delivered project milestones as per contractual dates

EPC for gas project in Qatar (USD, 650 million), Qatar Petroleum
• Managed delivery of rotating packages of USD, 25 million USD and led vendors to deliver 2 months ahead of
schedule by improving engineering documents review cycle by 50%

EPC for gas project in Abu Dhabi (USD, 1.5 billion), ADNOC.
• Led mechanical processes and engineering deliverables for 7 rotating packages, organized vendor meetings and
managed client expectations

EPC for gas project in Egypt (USD, 550 million), Khalda Petroleum Company.
• Led mechanical processes for 3 rotating packages, organized vendor meetings and managed client expectations
• Led construction and commissioning activities for static and rotating packages at site

EPC for gas project in Sharjah (USD, 100 million), Crescent Petroleum Company
• Supervised construction for piping activities and commissioning for rotating packages activities at site
