Recruitment
Carried out all recruitment processes including head-hunting, reaching potential candidates by telephone/email, applicants’ resume screening, interviewing applicants, processed background checks, shortlisting, finalizing hiring and closing vacancies.
Core activities:
Together with the hiring manager defines the desired job profile.
Prepares and posts job postings through different recruitment channels.
Head hunting for crucial key positions when needed.
Conducts initial interviews and makes a shortlist.
Negotiate employment offers with the accepted candidates when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversaw analysis and comparison of positions and salaries in Egypt market using Towers Watson’s reports.
Designing and implementing grading structure, job landscape and pay scale.
Leasing and negotiating with medical service providers.
Prepare and coordinate for payroll execution on monthly base.
Planning and budgeting for annual increases & bonuses.
Creating and updating Egypt job description gallery.
Performance Management
Rolling out performance management in Egypt.
Assist/ consult/ train the managers / employees on Performance Management.
Provides consultancy to management on consistency and common understanding of the process.
Monitors the process at a local level.
Employee Engagement
Is the process owner for conducting employee surveys.
Offers support and information for MENA managers and employees.
Consults Management on the outcome of employees surveys.
Together with Management making an action plan.
Provides training/workshops to employees based on results of employee engagement surveys (When relevant)
Is responsible for planning and executing creative events.
Support management team with analysis for the Attrition Rate & engagement index.
Organization behavior & Employee Retention
Develops HR initiatives designed to attract and retain top talent and dramatically increased diversity hires across all departments.
Coordinating retention activities according to budget and business needs.
Succession planning for key positions.
Conducting induction for new hires and making sure that all new employees are plugged in.
Together with department heads implemented departments work cycle.
Coordinating & conducting trainings and meetings that ensures proper communication within the company and
foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Communicated with management and executives for creation, refreshing and/or interpreting policy changes.
Exit Procedures
Develops an exit procedure including exit interview.
Assists and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
Supporting management with analysis reports showing the main reasons for leaving our company and suggesting best solutions.
Administration
Provided administrative support for all HR functions, including filing, copying, general correspondence and
support/preparation for meetings, trainings, orientations, executive travelling, etc. in addition to some other administrative tasks including:-
Supervising a team of 1 Admin Assistant, 1 Receptionist & 2 Office boys.
Managing and controlling Kitchen Supplies.
Project Manager for office movement.
Together with Finance Manage initiate & design procurement cycle.
Training and Development
Making training needs analysis.
Preparing & Conducting soft skills trainings “Project Management, Career Anchors, Personalities”.
Communicates technical training needs at regional/global level.
Recruitment
Assists in preparing and posting job postings (internally and/or externally)
Responsible for implementing local recruitment process including organization of job application materials & documents, coordination of employment interviews and conducting interviews.
Organization behavior & Employee Retention
Is responsible for coordinating training and meetings that ensures proper communication within the company including, integrity & compliance, General meetings between staff and Managing Director, Knowledge sharing meetings.
Is responsible for coordinating retention activities according to budget and business needs.

Compensation and Benefits
Developing an in-house salary survey.
Assists in designing and implementing pay scale of different function groups
Leasing and negotiating with medical service providers
Supports in preparing and coordinating for payroll execution on monthly base.
Exit
Assists in conducting exit interview based on the exit questionnaire with all employees leaving the company
Prepares and presents an exit analysis when sufficient information exists
Assists and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
Administration
Keeps an up to date database with all required employee information
Keeps an up to date status of all local governmental requirements including social insurance procedures
For HR related topics provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, and various employee issues
Implements HR/ Admin filing system, both paper and computer
Preparation of employment contracts within 20 days of employment or renewing/amending contracts whenever needed
Personnel / Employee Relations
Performs diversified duties in the processing and monitoring of the employees benefits program, and maintains all employees’ personnel files.
Maintain a complete personnel file for each employee in the company, closing of benefit programs, and retains
employment records as prescribed by law.
Assist employees with personnel related process (e.g. credentialing, salary issues, etc).
Maintain employee records which consist of employment history, benefit records and current employment
status.
Advises and consults with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations and grievances.
Disciplinary and Grievances.
Providing accurate management information regarding employment issues within the business, including pay
and benefits, retention, and training and resource management.
Consults with director and supervisory staff as to appropriate personnel actions regarding employees,
completes correspondence and necessary documentation for respective personnel actions.
Employee mediation and consultation.
Maintain Visa and Work Permit processes and requirements.
Dealing with governmental offices (Social Insurance Office, Labor Office, Ministry of Manpower, General
Authority for Health Insurance, etc).
Recruitment
Assist in the CV screening and filtering process.
Conducting initial interviews with the relevant candidates.
Issuing the job offers and contacting the successful candidates.
Training and Development
Keeping up-to-date and accurate training records and deal with enquiries related to training and development.
Coordinate in-house established courses provided by the company.
1- Social Insurance: Preparing and finalizing all Social Insurance documents (forms 1, 6, letters)
2- Medical Insurance: Responsible for the medical insurance process (Addition/ deletion, claims,
reimbursement, approvals, cost allocation, monthly medications & medical log)
3- Vacations: Annual leaves, sick leaves, filling sheets & updating vacation sheet.
4- Various: Responsible for employees' files, new hires administration (contracts, forms etc),
support in disciplinary investigations and penalty notifications, issuing letters as needed.
