-responsible for helping members of the public select and organise their ideal holiday on a limited budget
-help people plan, choose and arrange their holiday and also offer advice and opinions on where to go and local tourist attractions, events and customs.
-Planning and selling Package holiday operators, accommodations, transportations, Cruise lines, and other travel services
-Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
-Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
-Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
-Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
-Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
-Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment using our booking systems ( GTA, Lots Of Hotels, Destination Of The World, E-Travele Gate, All In One, HotelBeds, Gate Tours, ... )
-Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, modifications or refunds
-Enter data into our software and maintain client files

-Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner,

-Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, re-booking of itineraries and special service requests for passengers
-Check and accept passenger baggage
-Comply with all safety procedures and airline policies
-Provide accurate gate, flight arrival and departure information, as well as answer general inquires
-Provide a customer with information of flight arrival and departure, as well as answer general inquiries
-Provide clear and accurate communication to passengers
1) Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
2) Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
3) Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
4) Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance or specialized policies such as marine, farm/crop, and medical malpractice.
5) Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
6) Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
