design & execution company, and leading multiple projects range from
design concept until complete handover.
Duties include:
• Business development, bringing new projects to the firm.
• Running meetings with clients and solving critical problems.
• Managing both departments; design and execution to ensure
efficiency of work flow, plans & quality control.
• Creating a monitoring system and follow up work schedule to be
able to manage and control the design & execution teams.
• Directing the senior & junior designers to achieve outstanding
design concepts that meet and exceed clients needs and
requirements.
• Review the original architectural drawings received from the
consultants and contractors then modify it, if needed, to avoid any
future problems and conduct any missing coordination.
• Writing technical, financial proposals & prepare legal documents.
• Prepare project specifications.
• Quality control & review of projects before issuing it, solve field
problems
• Managing a group of engineers, Design and execution staff.
• Manage the financial angle of projects.
• Design and executing complicated projects as palaces, large scale
residential villas, commercial and residential projects for high
profile clients. Design of retails and hospitality projects, by leading
and directing groups of designers using multiple soft wares to
present a complete structured designs for all design elements.
• Marketing.
More than 120 Private residential villas & palaces for royal & famous family members,
sized between 1, 200 Sqm to 7, 500 Sqm for each project, leading designers, execution,
supervision and turnkey solutions. Starting from architectural stage to final handover.
• Crown Prince Court: Worked on many commercial projects, design and renovation for
mosques in Al Ain, Alhuda Masjed and Alnour Masjed.
• GHQ/ AF - General Head Quarter of Armed Forces: Design, renovations &
implementation of all the interior elements for 800 Sqm Gym, 450 Sqm Restaurant,
600Sqm gathering & meeting areas and providing furniture layout, light fittings &
accessories.

• Sofitel Hotel: Completed successfully the design and execution for the Ballroom & lobby
area, supervising the full process of MEP contractor to be coordinated with the approved
concept designs.
• Retail designs for famous stores in UAE, Fares Abo al khair Jewelry Shop, Marina mall,
Anmar, Rehana. etc.

consultant for “Al Rawdah Palace, UAE”.
