Prospects for new clients by networking, tie ups, advertising or other means of generating
interest from potential clients.
* Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers within the assigned zone in order
to both identify and generate business opportunities aimed at optimizing Consumer Banking
Group Revenue
* Develops a rapport with new high profile clients, and set targets for sales and provide support
that will continually improve the relationship
* Contributes to the development of business strategies addressing potential in new markets the
will strengthen overall position
* Meets potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging a network
* Develops service level targets and manages the coordination of the section with other
departments to meet client service expectation
* Engages with key stakeholders to deliver timely and effective level of client experience to our
clients
* Reviews the market to identify opportunities and trends, develops forecast and business plans
accordingly
* Monitors market and competitor activities and strategies to ensure that opportunities for new
business are not overlooked

Assistant Product Manager في FGB

Supports Head of Products in developing and managing strategies aimed at generating revenue
including overall product profitability through assigned line of products in alignment with
Consumer Banking Group objectives
* Executes marketing campaigns to drive product growth in collaboration with the internal
marketing team
* Manages the product approval process for new products and enhancements by syndicating and
getting approvals from relevant stakeholders
* Works with Marketing and Sales to develop both client-facing and sales force-facing educational
and promotional product literature to support sales activities

* Responds to requests and questions from internal business partners and the sales force with any
queries related to products
* Supports the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the

* Conducts regular research and market scan on best practices, propositions, etc and share
feedback with Product Manager and Head of Products
* Supports the Product Manager in the commercialization of new products and launch of new
products and solutions
* Monitors product performance and user acceptance post roll-out and escalate the issues to the
Product Manager
* Drives annual provider due diligence process with the help of information available in public
domain
* Negotiates with product providers for enhanced fees /revenue terms, promotions, etc
Management and Research:
* Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and
ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
* Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the
reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attached
* Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to
perform the role
3) Card Operations - Officer at FGB March, 2010- May, 2012
* Responsible to manage FGB Corporate Card END to END activities
* Maintain complete control of the daily activities pertaining to corporate credit card
* Ensure effective load management for team members and ensure backups are available for all
processing activities
* Performing UAT and sign off documents for new developments and enhancements
* Support new business initiatives and operational excellence projects
* Handling NI and IT system issues and process gaps until RCA and impacted customers are
rectified
