 Performing same tasks but for all Halliburton Product Service Lines
 Clearing a 6 months backlog of export shipments
 Getting familiar with Oman’s customs regulations and processes

 Coordinate the planning and execution of imports and exports for 3 of Halliburton Product Services Lines
 Involved in the creation and accuracy of all systems of record including SAP, hard copy import/export documents and files, internal shipping logs and quality management systems
 Ensure all international trade activities are executed with full compliance to internal Halliburton procedures
 Work with approved freight, transportation and logistics agents on behalf of Halliburton. This includes, but not limited to, validating quotations, reviewing service options, recording shipment milestones and identify non-conformances

 Conducting central pricing for Ocean Freight for KSA branches
 Tending to all inquiries from the Global Schenker Network
 Developing, Maintaining relationships with the carriers and agents
 Joint visits with sales persons to the customers to insure all requirements are met
 Monthly visits and meetings with sales in the 3 branches of KSA to discuss their requirem

 Handling Ocean Import shipments (FCL & LCL)
 Handling key account customers
 Preparing TNT reports
 Following up with custom clearance process till delivery to customer door
 Invoicing, filing, updating the tracking system

Working with a team in the development of the ERP system
Working with a team in the development of competencies and appraisal forms
Administrative Assistant tasks for the CEO
Developing the company profile
Maintaining the company website and emails
