 Responsible for all Project logistics coordination from Order to Delivery
 Conduct various activities of logistics coordination in conjunction with a cross
functional Project Team.
 Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments including departure and arrival
confirmations, customs clearance instructions, PODs.
 Coordinate transportation of commodities from local or off-shore locations to
warehouses, storage facilities and or final customer’s / Projects sites
 Ensure cost effective logistics including carrier (or mode) selection, rate negotiating,
delivery reporting, inter-facility transfers, finished goods outbound shipments, and
reverse logistics
 Ensure adherence to Export control and customs Laws and Regulations, and corporate
policies and procedures as applies to all importation and exportation of material,
systems, and service returns
 Develop and properly maintain all files, documents, and records to support all
regulatory audit criteria
 Review and audit landed cost bills and analyze costs, quality, and delivery for
continuous improvement
 Provide timely responses to customs requests/notices, and all internal requests
regarding classification, duty rates, documentation requirements, or other import
regulations.
 Create, update and distribute logistics activities reports

● Preparing logistics plan based on customer’s request
● Leads, manages and coordinate with all departments to make sure that all in the same page
● Follow up the flatbeds(trucks) on daily basis
● Follow up containers movement with trucking department on daily basis
● Follow up with customs business unit about gaiting in containers in each certificate on daily basis
● Follow up with all internal parties to make sure that different type of cargo are stuffed correctly in their
containers and bookings on daily basis
● Coordinate with carriers to solve trucking challenges as releasing empties from exact port or yard assigning
contraries, triangulations etc
● Coordinate with trucking and distribution team alternative plans in case of any shirtatge in trucks or
containers
● Solve problems, manage critical situations on daily basis
● Send shipment details to the flatbeds trucker
● Follows up with the trucker to receive their invoices
● Review flatbeds invoices
● Follow up with finance team to issue cheques to flatbeds truckers
● Follow up depot activities and receive daily reports

Job description:
● Calculating the actual amount stored/released for the contracted customers
● Monitoring the port’s vessels traffic.
● Boarding department to link between vessel’s crew and our company
● Solving any problem faced the vessels crew during the stevedoring process
● Monitoring the inland transport process from the point of departure to the destination point
● Working on both the imported and the exported cargo for our contracted customers
● 9 months working field logistics specialist at Damietta port.
● Working at the operation office head quarter Cairo branch
● Follow up the vehicles movement all over Egypt.
● Follow up with customers the last updates of their shipments.
● Follow up the process of loading and discharging with the operation departments in our branches
● Provide the company with inland transportation contractors to help us in the process of commodities flow all
over Egypt to provide our customers with the door to door service efficiently.
● Provide the top management with daily reports for the status of the daily shipments either import or export.
● Follow up with customs clearance team in our branches to ease the documentation release process to avoid
