• Auditing the First Line Operation registration process and active procedures, review the excellence operation requirements and improve them accordingly.
• Ensure that QA / QC, Asset integrity and Reliability requirements and routine inspection programs are followed up and maintained, follow up NCR with technical authority.
• Participated in JHA & RA, RCA, ALARP, Incident investigation & reporting, HSE auditing including MHS, Facility Inspection & area HK, Emergency procedure review and improvement.
• Follow up RM / CM maintenance plans and review the performance curve to address the WO backlog.
• Approve PIR & PIN proposals, participated in Technical, HAZOP studies and review scope of work, cost estimation, IFC & AFC packages, construction & installation plans, RFC, Punch list completion and work invoice review and check-up.
• Follow up the erection of new operation modules and confirm that meet the company specification & standards, are constructed within design limits, are commissioned, and operated within target date of completion.
• Manage and Control the Discipline Teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process) from national and International Contractors expending 100, 000 to 200, 000 m/hrs.’ annually.
