Tasks:
• Achieved work targets within correct specifications, standards & target date of completion in high quality levels and minimum operation cost.
• Followed up the day to day activities to ensure that HSE, production, marketing & sales plans are achieved and prepare the related written reports to company chairman or shareholder as requested.
• Ensure continuous and suitable supply rates of raw material and other production inputs & resources to avoid any shortage in operational resources.
• Prepare and update the manpower organization & allocation charts, resolve any manpower shortage, fill the gaps and vacancies to minimise the downtime resulted by lacking manpower.
• Prepare the yearly Business Plan, Budget Plan, IDP & Succession plan for staff in addition to carry out the optimization and performance measurements.
• Arrange any additional resources could be required i.e. logistic services, contracting & subcontracting services, specialists... Etc.
• Auditing the First Line Operation registration process and active procedures, review the excellence operation requirements and improve them accordingly.
• Ensure that QA / QC, Asset integrity and Reliability requirements and routine inspection programs are followed up and maintained, follow up NCR with technical authority.
• Participated in JHA & RA, RCA, ALARP, Incident investigation & reporting, HSE auditing including MHS, Facility Inspection & area HK, Emergency procedure review and improvement.
• Follow up RM / CM maintenance plans and review the performance curve to address the WO backlog.
• Approve PIR & PIN proposals, participated in Technical, HAZOP studies and review scope of work, cost estimation, IFC & AFC packages, construction & installation plans, RFC, Punch list completion and work invoice review and check-up.
• Follow up the erection of new operation modules and confirm that meet the company specification & standards, are constructed within design limits, are commissioned, and operated within target date of completion.
• Manage and Control the Discipline Teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process) from national and International Contractors expending 100, 000 to 200, 000 m/hrs.’ annually.

Tasks:
•Responsible for day to day activities for safe and efficient operation of Omar Gas Plant to ensure that quality and quantity of the Products meet specifications as well as target.
•Competent shift (plant / control room) Supervisor, Competent Process Isolator, OSC for incident & PTW coordinator, Planned S/D Coordinator. Prepare Operator / Senior Operator Allocation Chart.
•Update the Operation Manual and Isolation procedures when are needed.
•Arrange for weekly HSE meetings, and follow up the monthly auditing plan including the onsite HK audit
•Arrange the requirements for process, electrical and mechanical isolation in addition to control the override logbook and EPI register.
•Follow up FLO (First Line Operation) register.
Tasks:
•Supervision and supporting of the operational activities of Gas Processing Plants, Turbines, Dryers, Fractionators, Stabilizers, Refrigeration System etc.
•Heat Recovery unit, fractionation to produce LPG, Propane, and stabilized Condensate.
•Meeting the production targets, quality, specifications issuing work requests/permits for maintenance jobs making of daily and monthly production activities, commissioning, start up and shutdowns, process parameter monitoring, analysis and control, safe and smooth running of the facilities etc.
