Converting leads and handling events including site inspections, contracting, on-the-ground events handling, billing and post-event management. My job is to make my guests delighted with our level of excellent personalized service.
- Received the President’s Award for Sales Excellence for achieving 263% of the 2014 Q1 revenue target.
- Regularly maintains an average of 65% conversion of events leads.
- Handles the social segment while still in charge of repeat government and corporate accounts
- Handled the Nu Skin Chinese incentive group staying at the hotel together with the Director of Events. In total, the Nu Skin mega-incentive group has 14, 500 delegates spread across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is the biggest ever corporate incentive group in UAE history.

- Co-handled the first ever Ironman Triathlon in Mactan, Cebu (more than 1, 000 room nights with 2, 000 in-house and non in-house guests participating) and the annual PLDT Asian Carriers Conference (1, 500 room nights with 800 guests) together with the Director of Events
- Handled many other MICE and culturally diverse incentive groups from local and international accounts

Volunteered during the Asian Publishing Convention held 16-17 July 2009 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and the Asian Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility held 19-20 November 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

- Graduated cum laude - Head of Secretariat for the UP Asian Institute of Tourism (AIT) Student Council for AY 2009-2010 - Head of Secretariat for a major MICE management class for the first ever UP AIT Conference on Tourism and Hospitality attended by regional tourism government heads, tourism practitioners and students - Spearheaded Poetry Nights and other literary-related activities for UP UGAT, a writing organization at the University of the Philippines-Diliman - Project Head of several mini seminars and conferences of the organization UP Tourism Management Society about issues and relevant tourism and management related topics - Project Head and one of main presenters of a small UP AIT team that won 1st Place at the TOURbo Marketing: Campaign for Wellness and Tourism in September 2008
