Execution of Marketing Plans for sales support and brand building for the Group.
Improvise Sales team to generate business and meet targets set by the management
Ascertain proper distribution and penetration across country
Build PR with clients, advertisers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and revenue generation.
• Launched Zaiqa TV and transformed Business Plus, started LIVE programming for Zaiqa and Business Plus. Initiated 8 hours LIVE on Zaiqa and 11 hours of LIVE Business Plus News and Current affairs.
• Started various infotainment programs for channel to improve fresh content and news coverage.
• Commenced LIVE tickers updated from KSE and PMTL
• Conceptualized Current Affairs programs with Zafar Halali, Shahab Osto, Sidra Iqbal, etc .
• Hired and started new season on Zaiqa TV with four new chefs and transformed channel ID
• Changed the news studio outlook, New Channel IDs plus look and feel of the screen (log o and tickers)
• Added new chefs and programs in Zaiqa TV and produced new 8 hour content.

Successfully Launched Daily Aaj Kal from Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad in 2007on electronic media, print media, outdoors OOH and various BTL and brand activation activities throughout country.
Engaged advertising pitch for Launch campaign of the Daily worth 100 million.
Arranged a Media agencies tour to Dubai for 5 days, taking 38 people from all major advertising agencies as a pre- launch event for daily Aaj Kal in Dec 2007
Shot TVC on 35mm with ten adaptations and TVC also included brand endorsements from various STARS of Pakistan from sports men to TV actors and Film stars etc endorsing the USPs of the product that created a handsome share of voice at a very low price.
The Media blitz in all major CNS channels, newspapers with outdoor s. The OOH support in all three cities was a total of 25 major sights sized mostly 20X60 amd 30X90, resulting in a successful communication campaign that translated in high sales.
Printed 50, 000 POS material pasted on various locations in all over the country especially in Press clubs and major shopping areas.
Hired 70 people for DDS, brand activation and guerrilla marketing.
Trial generation through various sales promotions activities thru Floats in various cities, and activations in Super markets and shopping Malls.
