Engaged advertising pitch for Launch campaign of the Daily worth 100 million.
Arranged a Media agencies tour to Dubai for 5 days, taking 38 people from all major advertising agencies as a pre- launch event for daily Aaj Kal in Dec 2007
Shot TVC on 35mm with ten adaptations and TVC also included brand endorsements from various STARS of Pakistan from sports men to TV actors and Film stars etc endorsing the USPs of the product that created a handsome share of voice at a very low price.
The Media blitz in all major CNS channels, newspapers with outdoor s. The OOH support in all three cities was a total of 25 major sights sized mostly 20X60 amd 30X90, resulting in a successful communication campaign that translated in high sales.
Printed 50, 000 POS material pasted on various locations in all over the country especially in Press clubs and major shopping areas.
Hired 70 people for DDS, brand activation and guerrilla marketing.
Trial generation through various sales promotions activities thru Floats in various cities, and activations in Super markets and shopping Malls.
Accomplished more than projected sales target; 85, 000 copies sales per day nationwide in first year
Devised product pricing and distribution strategy with successful JIT delivery system for effective reach and delivery of the product and sold 35000 copies across the country.
