HR: Compile and process payroll information; Time Sheets, compensatory time / over times, Leave record, Handle and coordinate employees’ queries and issues with senior HR Officials, contacting applicants, preparation for interviews and post interview evaluation and follow-up, induction, Orientation and training of new hires, assist in annual performance appraisal Review, maintaining HR Files. Assist in compliance related issues.
Finance: Check & process travel expense reports, Medical claims and reimbursements, Handling & maintaining petty cash and record. Other responsibilities as assigned
Prepare, maintain and update files/record (Hard & Soft) to facilitate reporting, inspection and periodic inquiries
Preparation of NIT, prepare documents and facilitate bidding process.
Issue “Request for Quotations: (RFQs) to vendors and processing vendors payments.
