1. Providing active support to Director (HR & Admin) for smooth functioning of daily activities.
2. To play the role as departmental head in absence of Director HR & Admin)
3. To execute overall operational activities of HR & Admin department.

Maintain and control Utility services, accommodation.
Ensuring office cleanliness.
Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solve administrative disputes if any.
Ensure approval and availability of Office Stationary as per requirement.
Approve requisition for various purposes within the given limit.
Monitor performance of security team.
Take necessary action (Servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.) when any damage/useless furniture/ equipment is identified.
Ensure seating arrangement for new employees.
Ensure good interdepartmental relationship and support.
Ensure instruction of higher management to improve office discipline.
