Managed end-to-end delivery of MEP and interior fit-out projects valued between AED 400K and AED 12M across banking, retail, and F&B sectors in Bahrain and KSA
Acted as primary client liaison for Tier-1 corporate clients including HSBC, Standard Chartered, BNP Paribas, Al Baraka Bank, Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Timberland
Prepared and reviewed detailed MEP BOQs, cost plans, and variation orders across a total portfolio exceeding AED 20M
Led full procurement cycle including vendor sourcing, material submissions, technical approvals, and price negotiation for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
Coordinated with clients, mall management, consultants, and subcontractors from initial design through to final handover and DLP
Developed and maintained project schedules to ensure milestone adherence and prevent programme delays
Managed design coordination including cross-functional reviews, RFI management, clash resolution, and shop drawing approvals
Oversaw daily site operations including labour deployment, progress monitoring, quality inspections, and HSE compliance
Prepared and submitted Civil Defence documentation for fire alarm, fire-fighting, and emergency systems
Created and implemented HSE standards specifically for HSBC banking projects
Managed cash flow forecasting, progress valuations, subcontractor invoice verification, and final account settlement including DLP retention release
Performed HVAC load calculations using HAP and lighting design using Dialux for technical submittals and consultant approvals
Handled cybersecurity compliance requirements on behalf of HSBC within the project environment
