Responsibilities:
 Liaise with the Project Manager and preparation of Planning Package which includes Schedule, Manpower and equipment deployment plan.
 Coordinate with the client, consultants and subcontractor for smooth and timely execution of activities.
 Identify critical areas and preparation of mitigation plans.
 Monitor and control the project progress and ensure all activities are executed as per the schedule.
 Monitor and control the cash flow based on the predetermined budget.
 Preparation and submission of progress reports as per the client requirements.
 Preparation and submission of invoices and claims.
 Evaluate subcontractor’s planning documents.
 Work with the proposals department in initial tender submission.

Projects Worked in:
1) Tank Rehabilitation works (2014-2019) in Dukhan Field (7 Crude Oil Storage Tanks and 10 Firewater Tanks) - Qatar Petroleum.
2) PWI flowline maintenance on call off basis within dukhan fields- Qatar Petroleum
3) EPIC for replacement of CS piping with Incoloy 825 at RG plant (Shutdown Project) - Qatar Petroleum.
4) EPIC for Mechanical PCRs at Dukhan Fields- Qatar Petroleum
5) Replacement of Granulator drum flight bars - Qatar Gas
6) NOX Reduction Turbine Frame 5 Remaining construction work on CDM- Chiyoda Almana Engineering LLC (for RAS GAS project)
