• Providing and interpreting financial information;
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
• Financial Reporting’s of donor funding’s;
• Management Information System (Financial)
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
• Preparing payrolls, Salary Advances, Travel Claims etc
• Tax calculations & Payment of tax’s;
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Managing an organization's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations;
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Managing budgets
Verify and manage all payables
• Perform daily fee receipts, deposits, expenses and reports
• Assist with administering payroll and maintaining petty cash for the office.
• Responsible for reconciliations, corrections, etc. during the student billing and
revenue recognition processes.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Supervise financial transactions on day to day basis
• Reconcile bank account and investment statements on monthly basis.
• Ensure maintenance of effective internal controls to safeguard assets and assure reliability of financial statements.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Admin & Finance Officer.
• Purchasing for office.
• Day to day administrative duties like ensuring time attendance, stationary, processing invoices, kitchen supplies, cleanliness and others
• Respond to inquiries about the scholarship program, and respond appropriately
• Process scholarship invoices and payments in a timely, professional fashion and maintain appropriate records.
• Review and process award recipient thank you correspondence, and provide follow up
• Prepare reports for the education committee.
• To ensure on time submission of fee’s at school, college or universities.
