Oversees and coordinates key aspects of logistic in the Company.Collaborate with sales team and customer service team to ensure supplies are stocked and delivered to customers in timely manner. Implement and maintain operating policies on general logistics and product procedures. Optimize and maintain inventory based on demand and supply chain activities. Ensure about cost optimised useful of Internal and external warehouse.
Handling a team of 17 members of sales and Merchandisers who directly report to me about there daily activities.Develop sales plan to complement achievement of corporate strategy and plan, Implement specific performance standard in key areas such as sales target and evaluate performance.Develop sales methodology and schedule . Prepare periodic reports related to sales performance to update higher management.plan to reach maximum no.of customers, drive profitabilty through increasing sales and contolling cost whilst maintaiming company operating standard. Prepare monthy and quarterly sales forecast for individual sales man by product and by area such as Key Accounts, Wholesales, Retail and the End users (Hotels snd Resturant). Coordinate with Sales team and Warehouse to make sure availabiilty of stock to deliver on time.Manage operation to deliver the orders based on Orders, Areas and Priorites based on customers receiving time. At the last but not least attend all the administrative matters of the sales and marketing team such as on time commission, leave, promotion, grievances and ensure smooth operations of the department.,
• M. Com with Specialisation in Costing. • Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Application. Experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, • Familiar with Oracle Financial program, Orion Accounting Software, Counter Point Accounting Software, Tally Accounting Software.
