Responsible for direct sales of residential and commercial projects by providing
our clients with the highest product quality, design and installation.
Management of property owned by the company by involving in the processes,
systems, and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired
property including expansion, acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility,
maintenance, utilization, and disposition.
Responsible to manage all operations in the kingdom as well coordinating with the head office in Jordan.
Manage and oversee direct company projects and departments such as Design
Department, Business Development, Supervision and operation, Finance as well as administration and government relation
Responsible for managing the Building Business Unit to successfully achieve
business objectives and success measurements.
Partners with senior management to define strategic direction and business unit
specific objectives to win design contracts in Jordan, Middle East and beyond.
Responsible for insuring smooth running operation for the project to guarantee
that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the
level of quality specified by the designer and required by the owner.
Manage the Technical Services section
- Recruit and manage staff
- Establish policies and procedures for coordinated and collaborative workflow
within the section
- Review and approve all major reports produced by the section
- Work with investors and external agencies to help facilitate their interactions
with the process
- Spearhead technical negotiations with investors and there representatives
- Assist GAM's legal team in preparing development agreements
- Solicit assistance, negotiate contracts and manage experts and consultants
when required
- Represent GAM at meetings and judicial proceedings as it relates to technical
matters
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to the special project unit Director
- Follow up on inquiries made by the investors
- Provide consultancy services to the supreme planning council
- Perform any other task(s) assigned by the Director of the SPD
Responsible for:
- Reviewing and auditing the architectural Design Drawings and the contractors
submitted shop drawings and to approve details.
- Approving all material submittals up to required standard and quality
- Planning and follow up work progress in related wet finishing works up to
handing over.
Responsible for Planning of improved and unimproved property under the ownership or administration of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone. Also responsible for studying the major new pojects to make sure it's going along with the Architectural design guide line for the Aqaba special zone.

The Property Management Section is the “landlord” of all ASEZA property.
Involved in all Phases of project Management, from design through planning,
scheduling, and follow up execution of project up to handing over.
Supervised working teams, updated scheduled and prepared working drawings
to include civil, building construction, electrical and mechanical work.
Reviewed operations and worked closely with contractors to insure code
compliance and proper construction methods were used to complete projects
within specified contract duration.
