ISS Integrated Service Solutions, Italy Process Units Training Consultant (Nov 2017-Feb 2018) Areas of responsibility: Gave Training to operators, supervisors and engineers of STAR refinery about all process units and equipments during precommissioning phase
Areas of responsibility: Crude Oil and Vacuum Distillation Units, Naptha splitter/stripper/sweetening, semiregen reformer and Utilities: Power Plant, WWTP (waste water), Tank Farm and loading/unloading Units. Energy Manager responsibility covers all Refinery site. Total 6 engineers were under my supervision.
• Led Refinery process/energy/utilities/ env. engineering aspects of Technical Services Department.
Accomplished engineering roles in Raw Oil and Extraction Units, Oil Refinery Unit and WWTP (Waste Water Treatment). Raised production of cotton, sunflower, and corn oil by managing actions on time.
• Controlled daily operational steps and lab analyses with supervisors on daily basis and produced unit manuals in Turkish, teaching operators and calculating mass balances of factory.
• Prepare accurate excel sheet mass balance of factory with +/- 2 % accuracy which never done before because of the uncalculated triangular solid mass amount.
