- Spearheaded $11M Top 1000 Leadership Development program to support high-potential staff and boosted succession capabilities covering 1.1K senior middle, and front-line managers.

- Boosted productivity 30% by driving conversion to Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), which automated processes and enabled L&D department to go paperless.
- Created and introduced knowledge assessment tools to identify learning needs for 2K salespeople/managers.
- Facilitated culture change workshops, focused on company’s new strategic direction, for 150+ senior and 700 middle and frontline managers. New vision and values led to 22% increase in Organizational Health Index.
