Oversee daily operations, tasks & personnel.
Research, Manage & Negotiate contracts & Prices with new and old partners, suppliers, vendors.
Analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting.
Track key projects, Research and finalize concepts and designs with design team follow up on events set up, preparation and vendors involved.
Check and confirm accuracy and budget control over all orders for all events/weddings. Follow up and oversee production of all decor, Set up, Catering details and venues. Projects Include: 10 to 20 weddings/Month, Exhibitions & Conferences.

Manage Tenders, Concepts, Designs, Schedule, & Budgets for each event from A to Z.
Meet, Negotiate and follow up with clients from Negotiations & conceptualization through to the event operations.
Assign tasks to the team & Stakeholders including: Designers, coordinators, Assistants, Vendors, Volunteers, suppliers, technicians.
Research and keep an up to date portfolio of unique and new Shows, Entertainments, activities, artists, concepts... Manage & follow up with operations, Plans, Shop-drawings, Designs, factory and deadlines.
Manage Onsite set up and event organization including Decoration, all staff, Catering, Venue, Activities, Rehearsals...

Projects Include: New port project (NPP) opening ceremony, 2 editions of QDB made at home, 2 editions of QDB Rowad Conference/Exhibition, QDB Darb Essai, UDC Eid Festival, Royal Weddings Concept & Set up, UDC QND, Ramadan Tents for several hotels.

Create, conceptualize and organize events from A to Z to meet client's/tender's requirements within the budget.
Prepare original concepts, Presentations, Designs, Budgets, Quotations, Invoices, Schedules, Reports within the deadlines.
Manage contracts, negotiations, suppliers, artists, internal stakeholders and staff (designers, coordinators, volunteers)
Manage & coordinate on site production with all contractors & Staff from bump in till Dismantling.
Ensure the well & smooth running of the event ( make sure schedule is followed, high quality is delivered, unexpected problems are solved...)
