Supporting the HR Manager with all duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running.
- Prepare Offer letter for the selected candidates and prepare appointment letter on submission of all the mandatory documents by the candidates.
- Joining formalities, Induction of new recruits.
- Preparation of attendance registers for employee contract.
- To intimate about resignations of employees and forward in time resignation letter/ exit interview report / clearance certificate for necessary.
- Maintain H.R. related records on monthly / yearly basis i.e. Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular employees, Increment Detail, and Leave without pay records etc.
- Responsible for sending the monthly GOSI report, attendance and payroll data to finance department on monthly basis for salary processing
- Preparation the data master for employee information “name, position, ID No. salary …etc. .
- Co - ordinate with Manpower Agencies for recruitment
