• Formulate Country HR strategy and implementation according to Group business strategy. Provide HR input and support to overall business decision making.
• Direct organizational management change and initiatives aligned with strategies and business plans.
• Design and update rewards system for accurately planned Manpower while guaranteeing equity and position base reward.
