- Perform annual budgeting, effort estimation, project scoping, and resource leveling
- Perform project planning and release planning activities
- Adhere and manage projects as per the ITIL, CMMI and PCI standards

- Present weekly and monthly status reporting to stakeholders and the senior managers
- Conduct configuration and release management activities

- Create, review, and update test strategies and regression test packs
- Provide business domain knowledge to the team on airport operations and e-Commerce
- Plan, estimate, and schedule testing activities; review test cases, test results, and report defects
- Review and prioritize defect fixes and perform phase-wise causal analysis for process improvement
- Involved in post implementation review process to document lessons learnt
- Participate in ERP pre-sales activities and ERP system demonstrations
- Functional know-how on modules such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Distribution, Purchasing, Document Management, HR, Hire Purchase and retail
- Perform ERP implementations and roll-outs
- Provide ERP support to different local and international customers
- Perform systems study, gap analysis, and propose ERP customization
