-Organize and schedule refugee appointments, including, if assigned, creating and running ad hoc reports, creating schedules in WRAPS or another database, entering schedule data, updating schedules, overseeing the issuance of notifications and the confirmation of appointments, ensuring applicants are notified of their appointments in an effective, respectful and timely manner, facilitating interpretation services and maintaining a related database, and assisting with circuit ride logistics as
needed.

-Conduct face-to-face interviews with refugee application in a non-confrontational, objective and dignified manner to
obtain and input biographic data and information from applicants into the Worldwide Refugee Admissions Processing
System (WRAPS).

Travel duties in the field to process Prescreening interview and Provide the Support to USCIS officers in different location in MENA region (Iraq, Kuwait and Egypt)

-Responsible for the evaluation, diagnostic studies, and therapeutic plan of the patients on their service under supervision of senior residents or attending staff.
-Perform the initial assessment of the patient and actively participate in all aspects
of patient care, including history and physical, diagnostic and therapeutic planning, procedures, writing orders, and interactions with family.
-start IVs, and draw arterial and venous blood gases independently. Placement of central
lines, arterial catheters, and chest tubes are to be done under direct supervision until expertise has be demonstrated.
-Allowed to suture the subcutaneous tissue after demonstrating adequate technical ability. All surgical procedures to the deep subcutaneous
tissue were supervised by senior residents or attending staff.

• Main activity or responsibility

Main activities: Perform initial medical assessments for VOT's, including physical and Psycholgical evaluation of victim of trafficking and documenting of the injuries, Responsible for ensuring provision of general medical care in line with IOM standards, organize the database and preparing statistics.
Project:”Community Health Volunteers”.Main activities: organize and attend the monthly meeting of CHVs, help in preparing training sessions, project aims to increase access of vulnerable groups to medical health system in egypt by providing them with contact and information about health facilities in egypt, response to emergency situations.
