- Ensure the success on all deliverables from our suppliers on time “5 Days before offer“ with the required quality.
- Responsible of the creation of events after approval.
- Confirm the final quantities with the supplier.
- Monitor the event while it’s online.
- Monitor and ensure all the orders are scheduled to arrive in a timely manner and as scheduled.
- Promptly report delivery discrepancies to the supplier.
- Monitor, review and confirms orders in terms of quantity, quality and customer experience in a proactive manner to avoid delays.
- Reduce orders discrepancies by gaping and reporting suppliers historical trend and pattern.
- Reduce orders discrepancies by suggesting and recommending a way forward for repeated incident by the same supplier/Brand.
- Confirm the payments are issued according to T&C and report non-compliant payments.
- Prepare the monthly campaigns calendar.
- Check the received offers for MarkaVIP (prices, Quantity, styles) as below:
. Study the offer prices for any campaign if it's suitable to feature online with competitive prices.
. Check the competitive other website's on daily bases.
. Study the offer quantity if it's suitable to gain the maximum profit” Offer Potential”.
. Check the latest styles for the received offers if it's suitable for the season (Colors, Fashion of the year).
- Coordinate with the buyers for any problems, dates for their offers and if the offer need any modifications --regarding to the prices, styles and quantity.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Supply chain, Graphic designers, Marketing) regarding to the --offers.
- Follow up with the online offers and the problems in case the offer have any missing info or any faults.
- Study the offer after it goes offline, how much the offer achieved any problems the offer have faced and what to ----do next time based on the study results.
- Using Magento system to follow up with offer (Reports, Modify, Update, and Insert).
- Using Net-suit system for reporting and follow up.
- Generating reports about sales and other processes.
- Monitoring events performance and competitor markets frequently.
- Coordinating brands and planning.
- Using Magento (the ecommerce software and platform trusted by the world's leading brands).
