PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Ensure all elements of plans and specifications meet cost and schedule requirements, monitoring submittals and shop drawings.
•Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day bases to ensure conformance with schedule, contract document and project budgets
• Monitor and report to the senior project manager on the progress of the project activity including significant milestones.
• Acts as an assistant to the project manager in meetings and discussions with project
• Cooperate in the establishment of project execution plan (PEP), health and safety plan, Quality assurance/ Quality control plan.
• Assists in establishing the schedule requirement for all areas of the project, and monitoring the risk register.
• Acts on requests, obtaining all concerned information / documentation from other parties in the project team.
• Schedule, attend and participate in construction project meetings and preparing monthly and weekly reports.
