Projects Manager for Multiple Architectural and Interior (Fit-Out) Projects including (Hilton, TAJ "Crescent" & Marriott Spas) in Palm Jumeirah, responsible for coordinating Architectural, structural, MEP and other desciplines. Processing Permits and NOC's with authorities and developers. Preparing and releasing tender packages, evaluating technical & financial offers, advising the Client.
Site Supervision of works, Reviewing Shop drawings, Material Submittals, Mock-ups, MS & RA's. Conducting inspections, answering RFIs, Studying variation orders and reporting to the client accordingly (Client Representative).

• Prepares designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and working drawings, and develops details and
edits specifications
• Develops and coordinates the development of work products such as specifications, drawings and illustrative graphics
• Adapts and modifies design features and operational methods to meet a variety of situations
• Prepares architectural reports and progress narratives
• Assists in the development of alternate solutions and design options in support of project team
• Provides analysis and develops reports, opinions and recommendations to address design challenges and opportunities
• Communicates and collaborates with full design team and others
• Develops technical approach and criteria for a design element and analyses complex issues
• Coordinates work product for compliance with standards
• Works under general supervision
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Ensure all elements of plans and specifications meet cost and schedule requirements, monitoring submittals and shop drawings.
•Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day bases to ensure conformance with schedule, contract document and project budgets
• Monitor and report to the senior project manager on the progress of the project activity including significant milestones.
• Acts as an assistant to the project manager in meetings and discussions with project
• Cooperate in the establishment of project execution plan (PEP), health and safety plan, Quality assurance/ Quality control plan.
• Assists in establishing the schedule requirement for all areas of the project, and monitoring the risk register.
• Acts on requests, obtaining all concerned information / documentation from other parties in the project team.
• Schedule, attend and participate in construction project meetings and preparing monthly and weekly reports.

through written and verbal means.
