Solidifying the business position and sustaining the business profitability by the way of managing the existing accounts and handling related contracts and claims.
- Maintaining accounts and customer relationships effectively by practicing two-way communication as well as managing their expectations from the business and service by providing a quality service experience.
- Efficiently handling customer’s queries and grievances as well as attending to the issue at hand focusing on customer-satisfaction
