Responsible for overseeing the production planning process and work closely with various departments, such as sales,
marketing, and operations, to ensure that production plans align with business goals and objectives.

stakeholders by ensuring the inventory on time and considering the freshness.
• formulate, develop, and implement Supply Planning strategies and policies across multiple locations.
• Evaluating & Establishing the supply plan and net despatch requirements to ensure Customer Service level and
satisfy customer needs considering the network complexity and the supply constraints.
• Planning and optimizing mixed loads considering transportation constraints.
• Determining key issues with volume variance that may impact supply and highlight to affiliate Planners by
challenging existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools.

• Analysing and effectively communicating relevant information with the direct producing factory and affiliates supply
team highlighting all supply issues.
Manage & coordinate demand requirements from agents to improve visibility for the business allowing optimal
production planning and fulfilment of requirements in line with inventory and service targets. Analyse the IMS forecast
regularly and recommend changes based on history, trends, competition, area coverage, seasons, activities & etc.
Keep close and direct relationship with the distributors through regular meetings to get updates on the IMS sales, follow
up on any foreseen issues/ deviations from the Demand Plan and discuss actions and impact on the IMS forecast and
the stock situation. Highlight and manage exceptional demand and supply issues, such as unrealistic demand, material
shortage.
Key Accomplishments:
• Established and implemented the process for managing the distributors specially the new onboarded one Libya &
Sudan. by mapping the process and follow the best practices in terms of planning calendar (TPS/MOR/MFR).
Created E2E process map for all distributors and initiated a simplified visibility on the salvage and aged stocks
across all the distributors/categories by sharing the report on monthly basis to all relevant stakeholders which
enabled to drop 1 Mio USD aged stocks in 2020.
• Initiated Monthly Sell in/out outcome report as well as monthly closing report that’s include the key highlight of the
Distributor status in terms of stock cover and freshness which enabled us to get the support needed to drive action.
• Effectively use all Demand Planning system and Manage the Demand requirements with all distributors to improve
visibility for the business allowing optimal production planning and fulfilment of requirements in line with inventory
& service targets.
• Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) improvement: (accuracy level and variability, bias
balance).
• Supervises Import/Export related activities and requirement for smooth execution of order replenishment process.
