+ Designing and developing ADMS sponsorship strategies and packages that deliver financial support for the event
+ Identifying and pitching potential local, regional and international sponsors
+ Working with event sponsors during events to ensure high levels of satisfaction
+ Working with the legal team on securing the contracts delivery
Create and manage consumer engagement plans and models with constant updates and improvements
Manage all sales, entertainment, special events, and promotions of the center
Manage and control budget plans and expenditures while ensuring accounting standards are adhered to
Measure and evaluate metrics and analytics of each event to ensure maximum ROI while identifying possible opportunities
Create and maintain weekly communication plans across the center and its retailers
Developing annual marketing, communication plans and competitive analysis for all SBUs, CSR, outreach and education initiatives.
Managing the implementation of all consumer-driven marketing activities in line with the marketing strategies.
Managing Bee’ah’s CSR loyalty program sponsorship and social media presence.
Managing the day-to-day marketing, CSR, Awareness, Events and Creative team operations and oversee the implementation of plans by team and on-board agencies and suppliers.
Managing and organizing commercial, CSR and awareness events to promote Bee’ah both locally and regionally.
Assisting the education (BSOE) team in their marketing campaign and event.
Conduct up to date market research to feed into overall strategy, and other duties.
Work closely with Bee’ah Corporate, Commercial, Operations, SBUs, Education and the Awareness teams within Bee’ah on all their marketing requirements.
Key Roles:
o Developing yearly brand growth and marketing plans.
o Managing the implementation of all consumer-driven marketing activities for assigned brands within the market in line with marketing and brand strategies for these brands.
o Working with brand and PR agencies to ensure outstanding implementation of marketing plans, thereby maximizing effectiveness of marketing expenditure.
o Continuously identifying and quantifying new growth opportunities for brands handled
o Control and monitor budgets (A&P budget holder). Continuously analyze A&P investment effectiveness by presenting Cost vs. Benefit reports
