Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support.
• Organize and file all information and supporting documents pertaining to the implementation of this job .
Reserve and prepare the meeting room for all meetings .
.• Maintain supplies and ensure that sufficient office supplies
• Greet and welcome visitors, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct to specific destinations.• Type, edit and photocopy materials
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and mail.• Review landline and mobile bills for accuracy and charge staff.
• Ensuring maintenance of office facilities and equipment as required.
• Perform other administrative, clerical, and financial tasks as required by the Administrative and Financial Manager and other units.

I have a 11months of administrative office management experience desired.
•I have knowledge and experience in office management and related tasks.
•I have Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• I have Excellent communication skills.
• i have Computer familiarity in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
•I have Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and oral).
